The descriptions of services below describe events following negotiations and the signing of a contract that sets the scope and duration of the coaching engagement. The processes described are typical but may be varied by the Parties
Your organization’s net income will increase more than the cost of KYCPE’s services.
That is, revenue increases and expense reductions will exceed KYCPE’s fees.
HOW IT WORKS
KyCPE will meet with a potential client at the client’s office location, free of charge, to explain the process and what it can mean for the client.
After the initial meeting, the Client and KYCPE will enter into an engagement agreement, consisting of three stages:
First - KyCPE will conduct a client assessment, then help the client complete a cloud-based model of its organization, employees, and processes to identify an orderly approach to improvement based upon highest rates of return on investment (ROI);
Second - KyCPE will help the client implement the solution by training employees to manage the change process, to lead, and to become empowered.
KyPCE will meet regularly with the client to support implementation;
Third - KyCPE becomes a trusted adviser, helping the client maintain the continuous improvement processes.
To ensure that clients receive the best that KyCPE has to offer, coaching services are provided by KyCPE personnel who are not engaged in the examination or judging of a coaching clien'ts application for a KyCPE award.
