Accepted Answer

We negotiate with your company to determine what results will have what economic effect on the Company; we are paid a portion of that economic effect after it is achieved.

For example: if the economic effect desired is improvement to profitability before tax, we would negotiate a fee of 25% of that improvement when it is achieved.

We aim to work with companies who have $10 million or less in annual sales and 75 or fewer
employees.

Our consultants have a wealth of experience working with much larger Fortune 500 companies, and KyCPE can deliver services to larger companies.

However, we seek to primarily improve the small business sector.

What is the typical length of an engagement with KyCPE?

Accepted Answer

We typically enter into three-year contracts – it takes that long to assess and implement solutions without disrupting Company operations.
