  • How much does KyCPE charge for its services?
    We negotiate with your company to determine what results will have what economic effect on the Company; we are paid a portion of that economic effect after it is achieved. For example: if the economic effect desired is improvement to profitability before tax, we would negotiate a fee of 25% of that improvement when it is achieved.
  • What size company does KyCPE typically work with?
    We aim to work with companies who have $10 million or less in annual sales and 75 or fewer employees. Our consultants have a wealth of experience working with much larger Fortune 500 companies, and KyCPE can deliver services to larger companies. However, we seek to primarily improve the small business sector.
  • What is the typical length of an engagement with KyCPE?
    We typically enter into three-year contracts – it takes that long to assess and implement solutions without disrupting Company operations.
  • How many people from KyCPE are available to work on my project?
    Profiles of our consultants and their expertise can be found here. Our skills range from process improvement to financial control to leadership and employee skills improvement to management.
  • What approaches does KyCPE use to make process improvements?
    We use LEAN/Six Sigma tools for our work. Our most common approach is defined by the DMAIC: Define the problem. Measure the impact of the problem. Analyze the cause of the problem Implement a solution to the problem Control the solution to address variations from desired result. There are many tools available within the DMAIC toolbox.
