BALDRIGE EXPRESS is an easy-to-read self-assessment survey that gives all employees an opportunity to get involved in the process. The Express survey is recommended for organizations beginning in the Baldrige process as well as for more mature organizations that want an objective performance ‘status’ check with minimal cost and effort.
The Baldrige Express Organizational Assessment measures performance on a wide range of key organizational indicators and helps to evaluate key processes, systems and results. The system then develops a performance profile of your organization which identifies significant strengths,
pinpoints vital improvement opportunities, and delivers a comprehensive executive overview
as well as detailed analysis by organizational functions and locations.
